![]() My first play-through I didn't even acknowledge scoundrel, or poly very much. Blind builds are super fun, this game has a million combos. This game is best played as you go, if you think having a tank that also uses fire magic is cool go for it, if you think mixing all 4 main elements into a crazy wizard sounds cool go for it. There are no limits to what you can do, you can use all 10 classes in a single character if you want, go have a blast. I had a shield that gave me almost 2k physical armour which scales with shield throw to do 2k damage per character up to 3 bounces I believe so my tank was one of my best DPS late game. Wizard is very nice, comboing oil with fire makes it explode and do a lot of damage.Īll 10 classes are capable of dealing high damage, the most I have ever hit for was a simple shield throw. Spamming totems and incarnates is really high damage, especially if you rush summoning to level 10 by the end of the first act. Wayfarer is an elemental archer, elemental arrow ability can give most huntsman abilities extra elemental damage which is a huge buff, and archers do high damage on their own. Assuming you have a full team, one battlemage can start with all 4 of these abilities and the enemies won't get a chance to hurt you. Shocking touch does high damage at a close range and can stun, dwarves get petrify touch which can stun, you'll also get battering ram and/or battle stomp which can knock down. I would say battlemage(mix of warrior and close range magic) can do really high damage as an elf(flesh sacrifice is 10% more damage so elf can be good at DPS in general) or dwarf (also gets extra health and dodging I believe). so elf shield users need to invest a little extra in CON (which is otherwise a useless stat) One bad thing about the sacrifice ability is since it lowers your constitution, you may dip below the required CON to equip a shield and force you to unequip it. the extra ap gives you a headstart on those infusions you wanna upkeep on your minion (farsight is great and power infusion is essential) It also creates a tiny blood pool which can be used for things as well.Īn elf archer can use flesh sacrifice, then use that extra AP to use elemental arrowheads on the blood to give your ranged attacks bonus piercing damage (in addition to the 10% damage buff from the sacrifice itself)Īn elf physical summoner, can use the sacrifice to always be able to spawn a blood incarnate (which is a stronger version of the normal incarnate minion but can only spawned from blood pools). Vendor Prices, Bartering & Attitude FormulaĮlves have the flesh sacrifice ability which gives you one free action point, a damage buff, but lowers your constitution (max health).
